Rinse croup thoroughly under cold running water. Then pour it into the bowl of the multivark, fill it with water and leave it overnight (the barley should swell). If you do not have time, fill the pearl bar with the same amount of boiling water and let it stand for 30-40 minutes. 2. When the pearl barber is swollen, add sugar, oil and salt. 3.
