Cut the onion. Peel and cut into cubes potatoes. Cut the tuna into pieces. Prepare the pie crust. In a large frying pan fry the onions and potatoes with water, about 7 minutes. Drain the liquid. Add, milk, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens. Gently mix with frozen vegetables and tuna. Put the mixture in a baking dish. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a circle 3 mm thick and 5 cm longer than the diameter of the baking dish. Put the dough into the mold, cutting the edges by 1cm. Make the incisions in the center. Lubricate with beaten egg. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
