  1. The first thing you need to do is prepare the plum. It is necessary to wash it well and remove pits.
  2. We put the plums in a pan and fill them with water so that it only slightly covers them. Blanch the plums for no more than eight minutes. Next, remove them and transfer them to another clean and free capacity.
  3. We do not pour the plum, but make plum syrup out of it. How? Very simple! Pour out the sugar into it and, stirring, bring to a boil.
  4. In the boiling syrup pour the plums and cook for ten minutes, after which we set the pan aside for three hours. After 3 hours again put the plums on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for ten minutes. Such manipulations must be carried out three times.
  5. Ready jam is poured into cans and rolled. Keep the best thing in the fridge.

  1. We take plums, wash them and remove the tails with bones.
  2. Pour half of a cup of water on the bottom of a wide pan, pour plums into it and set it on medium fire. As soon as the water boils, reduce the fire to a minimum and cover the pan with a lid. Plums should boil for about 20 minutes and become soft. Remove from the fire and let it cool.
