Beef steak Beefsteak is a piece of beef if translated literally. But in cooking you can also find recipes for cooking steaks from young pork, veal and even fish! Also, steak can be cooked as a whole piece, and from minced meat (chopped or missed through a meat grinder). Added mustard in the forcemeat gives the ready-made steak a unique flavor and aroma, minced meat should be thoroughly mixed, and fried steaks should be done on a heated frying pan without adding fats from two sides for two to three minutes. Such steaks are also great for making hamburgers!
Ingredients:- Pork pulp 500g
- Onion 1 g
- Salted Salted 150 g
- Cream 75 ml

- Pepper black ground 0.25 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.

- Step 1 To make steak from pork with mustard, we need pork, bacon, onion, red pepper, mustard, black ground pepper, salt, cream, nutmeg, vegetable refined oil to form steaks.
- Step 2 Pork and lard cut into pieces.
- Step 3 We pass through the meat grinder, preferably through a large mesh.
- Step 4 Cut the onion very finely.
- Step 5 Add onion in minced meat.
- Step 6 We also add mustard, nutmeg, black and red ground pepper to the stuffing, salt to taste, we pour the cream.
- Step 7 Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
- Step 8 Lubricated in refined vegetable oil hands form small, not thick cutlets of the same size flattened round shape.
- Step 9 Fry the steaks on the hot frying pan on both sides until a ruddy crust appears. Oil or fat when frying is not added. We serve steaks of pork with mustard in hot form to vegetable salad or any side dish to taste.
