I tell you how to do it. The recipe for a radish salad is incredibly simple: 1. Take a radish, thoroughly rinse. We cut off the spine, cut the radish into thin rings or half-wheels (if the radish is large). 2. Greens and finely chopped. I usually use green onions - it just grows at the same time as the radish. 3. Mix the radish, green onions and sour cream in a suitable salad bowl. Solim and pepper to taste.
