  1. Boil the beetroot (the cooking time is approximately 40-50 minutes). Allow to cool and grind it with a small grater;
  2. in a blender, treat walnuts;
  3. Using a knife, grind prunes and garlic;
  4. gently mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and add the mayonnaise;
  5. if necessary, add salt to taste;
  6. before serving, cool for one hour.

With this festive salad with sweet and sour taste you will conquer your family and friends.

Necessary ingredients:

  1. boil the carrots, potatoes and beets. Cool and peel them. Potatoes and carrots grind on a coarse grater, and beets - on a fine;
  2. chop nuts with a blender and connect with the beet;
  3. Chicken fillet cook for 30 minutes, cool and cut into small cubes;
  4. Hard boiled eggs cool, grind with a small grater;
  5. Rinse the prunes with warm water and cut them arbitrarily;
  6. clean the pomegranate from the peel, separate the grains;
  7. put a glass in the center of the plate and lay out the prepared ingredients around it in such a sequence: potatoes, beets with walnuts, pieces of chicken fillet, prunes, carrots, eggs. Each layer must be lubricated with mayonnaise;
  8. gently remove the glass from the center and cover the entire surface with pomegranate seeds;

  1. chop boiled beets on a large grater;
  2. squeeze with a special tool garlic, and in a small container, carefully mix it with sour cream;
  3. Prunes cut into small random pieces, and chop the nuts in a blender;
  4. cheese grate on a coarse grater;
  5. in a mixing bowl: cheese, nuts, prunes and beets. Add salt to taste. Then fill the dish with garlic-sour mixture and mix well;
  6. Put the prepared dish into a festive container and before serving, do not forget to cool it for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Salad «New Year's clock»

This delicious and hearty dish will be a wonderful "thematic" decoration of the New Year's table.

Necessary ingredients:

  1. in a small saucepan boil the chicken. The cooking time is 30 minutes. After the fillet has cooled - cut it into small pieces;
  2. Boil the eggs and peel the squirrels from the yolks. Rub them on a small grater;
  3. Prunes soak for 20 minutes, then randomly grind;
  4. knife finely chop the nuts;
  5. cheese finely grate;
  6. boil the carrots.

After all the components are prepared, you can proceed to the immediate creation of the dish. To do this, you need to spread all the ingredients on a large flat plate in the following sequence:
