Salad "Prunes with nuts and garlic"
Thanks to the sweet-salted garlic taste, this dish can perfectly replace any garnish.
Necessary ingredients:
- beets (medium size) - 5 pcs.
- walnut (core) - 100 g
- mayonnaise 30% - 100 g
- Prunes without seeds - 20-25 pieces
- garlic - 3 cloves
- salt - 1 tsp.
- Boil the beetroot (the cooking time is approximately 40-50 minutes). Allow to cool and grind it with a small grater;
- in a blender, treat walnuts;
- Using a knife, grind prunes and garlic;
- gently mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and add the mayonnaise;
- if necessary, add salt to taste;
- before serving, cool for one hour.
Garnet bracelet salad
Necessary ingredients:
- small beets - 1 pc
- carrots, potatoes - 2 pieces each
- chicken breast - 200 g
- Prunes without seeds - 100 g
- egg chicken - 3 pieces
- kernels of a walnut - 50 g
- mayonnaise 30% - 100 g
- grenades of medium size - 1 pc.
- salt - 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking method:
- boil the carrots, potatoes and beets. Cool and peel them. Potatoes and carrots grind on a coarse grater, and beets - on a fine;
- chop nuts with a blender and connect with the beet;
- Chicken fillet cook for 30 minutes, cool and cut into small cubes;
- Hard boiled eggs cool, grind with a small grater;
- Rinse the prunes with warm water and cut them arbitrarily;
- clean the pomegranate from the peel, separate the grains;
- put a glass in the center of the plate and lay out the prepared ingredients around it in such a sequence: potatoes, beets with walnuts, pieces of chicken fillet, prunes, carrots, eggs. Each layer must be lubricated with mayonnaise;
- gently remove the glass from the center and cover the entire surface with pomegranate seeds;
- put the salad in the fridge for 3 hours and serve it to the table.
Salad "Delicious"
Necessary ingredients:
- beets of medium size - 3 pcs.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- sour cream 20% - 4 tbsp. l.
- prunes - 100 g
- kernels of a walnut - 50 g
- cheese (hard) - 100 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
- chop boiled beets on a large grater;
- squeeze with a special tool garlic, and in a small container, carefully mix it with sour cream;
- Prunes cut into small random pieces, and chop the nuts in a blender;
- cheese grate on a coarse grater;
- in a mixing bowl: cheese, nuts, prunes and beets. Add salt to taste. Then fill the dish with garlic-sour mixture and mix well;
- Put the prepared dish into a festive container and before serving, do not forget to cool it for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Salad «New Year's clock»
This delicious and hearty dish will be a wonderful "thematic" decoration of the New Year's table.
Necessary ingredients:
- chicken meat (breast) - 300 g
- chicken egg - 4 pieces
- prunes - 100 g
- Walnut kernels - 75 g
- cheese hard - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 100 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc
- salt - 1 tsp.
- in a small saucepan boil the chicken. The cooking time is 30 minutes. After the fillet has cooled - cut it into small pieces;
- Boil the eggs and peel the squirrels from the yolks. Rub them on a small grater;
- Prunes soak for 20 minutes, then randomly grind;
- knife finely chop the nuts;
- cheese finely grate;
- boil the carrots.
After all the components are prepared, you can proceed to the immediate creation of the dish. To do this, you need to spread all the ingredients on a large flat plate in the following sequence:
- Chicken fillet
- Grated yolks
- Prunes
- Grated proteins
- Shredded walnuts
- The top layer of lettuce evenly covered with grated cheese and put the dial of carrot and cucumber as a decoration
