We measure the right amount of sour cream, put it in a bowl, salt and pepper. Greenery finely chopped and added to sour cream. Garlic is cleaned and squeezed into sour cream. Mix well. Sauce-dip should stand in the refrigerator for at least 10-15 minutes, after which it can be served to the table. Bon Appetit!
