Features of the egg diet for 4 weeks

Egg Diet: Full description of the products by days
Week one - for breakfast, always 1-2 boiled eggs and ½ citrus fruits
Mon.
In the afternoon - a few citrus, any;
In the evening - chicken fillet fried in olive oil or fish of the salmon family
Tues.
In the afternoon - boiled chicken fillet or fish;
In the evening - a couple of boiled eggs, a salad of tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, pepper, lettuce, a slice of rye bread, 1 pc. orange.

In the daytime - cheese without fat in unlimited quantities, 1-2 tomatoes, a slice of rye or whole grain bread;
In the evening - fried chicken or fish.
Th.
In the daytime - any fruit likes - banana, peach, apricot, etc., without restrictions;
In the evening - vegetable salad as on Tuesday for dinner and a slice of low-fat meat.
Fri.
In the afternoon - a salad of 2 boiled eggs, mixed with boiled beans, zucchini and carrots;
In the evening - fried fish, salad of vegetables, orange.
Sat.
In the daytime - any fruit of your choice in any quantity;
In the evening - chicken boiled and salad from tomatoes and cucumber

In the evening - boiled vegetables again.
Week two - breakfast the same
Mon.
In the afternoon - a salad of vegetables seasoned with pieces of fish;
In the evening - the same salad with two eggs, orange or grapefruit.
Tues.
Afternoon - boiled fish, salad;
In the evening - boiled eggs and orange

Afternoon - boiled meat and cucumber;
In the evening - a couple of eggs and grapefruit.
Th.
In the daytime - hard or melted cheese or several eggs
In the evening - an orange and one or two eggs.
Fri.
In the daytime - exclusively boiled fish;
In the evening - only 2 boiled eggs.
Sat.
In the afternoon - to make a salad of fried piece of meat (not necessarily chicken, but low-fat), two tomatoes + grapefruit;
In the evening - we make a salad of fruits, adding there slices of orange, apples, peaches, melons and mandarin.
Sun.
In the afternoon - lightly fried chicken and boiled vegetables + orange
In the evening - as well as for lunch. Orange replaces grapefruit.
Week 3 - breakfast does not change
Mon.
Lunch and dinner consist exclusively of fruits, except banana and grapes.
Tues.
All day exclusively boiled vegetables and fresh salads. Vegetables can be any, except potatoes, and fruits are forbidden from dried fruits.
Cf.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner - no eggs, only vegetables, fruits and salads from them. No limits.
Th.
In the afternoon - diet fried or cooked meats
In the evening - boiled cabbage + tomatoes
Fri.
All day, including breakfast, eat only animal protein - fish, chicken and other not too fatty meat + vegetables.
Sat.
Breakfast and lunch - only fresh pear or apricot (something one);
Evening-only an apple or a peach (something one)
Sun.
Same thing as the Saturday of this week
The fourth week.
Completely similar to the first week, but for lunch on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday add cottage cheese to the diet.
