- a glass of flour - 1 glass
- Egg - 2 pieces
- a glass of milk - 1/2 cup
- a glass of water - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- melted butter - 2 items. spoons
In a large bowl, combine the flour and eggs, and beat. Gradually add milk and water, stirring to make a homogeneous mass. Add salt and oil, whisk until smooth. Preheat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the dough into a frying pan using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Rotate the frying pan in a circular motion so that the dough covers the surface evenly. Bake pancakes for about 2 minutes until the bottom becomes light brown. Pick up with a spatula, turn over and cook on the other side. Serve hot.
