Book lovers like to keep in the bedroom favorite novels, but multivolume editions create a depressing atmosphere. Hold one or two books at hand, and let the rest stand on the shelf.

Do not put things too closely together - leave a little space: this will increase the rooms and, possibly, open the way to a new one in your life. Shake the bed. Are you used to your box? But it was time to change the old pillow from cotton or wool to a new one with a comfortable, hygienic and hypoallergenic synthetic filler. A pillow of wool delivers additional suffering to allergic people, and modern pillows are not available for ticks, which are often the cause of allergies. But the mattress should be, on the contrary, made from natural cotton, wool and rubber.

Avoid bedding made of synthetic fabrics. Give preference to light green and blue colors. These colors are considered well-being.
