Cooking pepper stuffed with mushrooms

Pepper is stuffed not only with meat, it can be fully replaced with mushrooms. The result is very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients:

Start to stand from the end, that is, with the fill

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil in a frying pan. As soon as it gets flushed, add three tablespoons of tomato paste and stew for about two minutes, stirring constantly.

  2. Turn off the heat and pour half a liter of water into the pan. Add salt and pepper. Well stir and leave it on the sidelines for a while.

Now make the filling

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and cut them as you like. It can be quite large pieces or smaller ones.
  3. Preheat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms in it until light crust appears.
  4. Mix rice with mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking pepper

To ensure that the stuffed pepper is softer, pour the pepper in water for about 10 minutes or bake it in foil. If you do not, it will be a little crunchy.

  1. Cut each pepper in half. Remove the middle and seeds.

  2. Densely lay out the filling in each half.
  3. Prepare the form and put the stuffed pepper into it. Pay attention to it lying tight enough to each other.

  4. Pour onion with tomato paste.
  5. Put in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for half an hour.

Cooking lean pea jelly

We suggest that you get away from the usual preparation of peas and make from it a truly interesting dish. Do not be misled by the name. Pea jelly is not a drink or a dessert. You will get a delicious second course, which will surely surprise your household.

Ingredients:

Pea flour can be purchased at the store or made independently. The procedure is simple, especially if you previously grind coffee beans. Take a coffee grinder, pour peas into it and turn it on. After this, sift through a fine sieve.

  1. Mix the pea flour with water (half cup) and mix well. If you can not cope with lumps, rub through a sieve.
  2. Add a teaspoon of salt.
  3. Put the mixture on fire, bring it to a boil and reduce heat. Cook, stirring constantly. This will be enough for five minutes.

  4. Prepare the mold, grease it with vegetable oil and pour the mixture out of the pan. One large or small portioned mold can be used.
  5. Put it in a cool place and wait for it to cool down.

In addition to the dish, cook mushrooms with onions

  1. Onion cut into half rings, and mushrooms slices.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onion and mushrooms until they blush.

  3. Salt and remove from the plate.

Take a cooled pea jelly and tilt the form on a dish. If it freezes in large form, cut into small portions and place on plates. Pour pea jelly with unrefined vegetable oil, and from above place a few mushrooms and onions.
