The recipe for a pie test

Preparation of the test for baking is just instantaneous, very easy, with no extra frills. Smo Ingredients:

• kefir - 0,5 liters
• eggs - 2 pieces
• soda - 1 teaspoon (hydrated)
• sugar - 2 teaspoons
• salt - 2 teaspoons
• flour - 1 Piece

Instructions

Preparation of the test for baking is just instantaneous, very easy, with no extra frills. Mix all the ingredients. The dough should look like a pancake. Pour half the dough into the pan, fill with filling and pour over the second part of the dough. Bake in a warm oven for about 40 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
