At work, as in school, you need to earn respect for yourself, but, at the same time, do not stand out from the collective so much that it will irritate and irritate other people.

In this case, it seems to them that the person tries to appear much better than the others, will get favor with the boss, humiliating them in his eyes. Do not constantly tell that the boss praised you again, or you again got a bonus, because you are very smart. Better, try to help those who find it difficult to do something. Of course, you should never do this to the detriment of, or take on someone else's work. But, if you are asked to give advice or you yourself see that a person needs it, never refuse to him.

Help, all that you can. Such people are loved and respected. Employees understand that he, though in good standing with the director, but, at the same time, always tries to do so that others achieve something. They will admire your mind, and not silently envy, which is the day, cursing the unsolvable task over which they are nourished from dawn to dusk.

But, if at work you still are not respected, think about why everything happens in this way. Disrespect can arise both for objective and non-objective reasons. And you need to behave according to the situation and the factors that affect it. For example, it happens that a person at work is not respected for being honest. In some companies, employees constantly gossip, sit up each other, and if someone appears who does not like it, they try to drag him to his side or to rot. Of course, this behavior is more typical of teenagers and schoolchildren, but, unfortunately, many people never grow up. They continue to behave and act as if they were still in their childhood. In such a team, in fact, respect can be earned only if you are under it to adjust and behave as well. If it contradicts your principles, then in such a collective it will be very difficult to survive. Therefore, you either need to try to find among them those who still share your point of view, or simply to change the place of work. Otherwise, you will constantly feel like an outcast, afraid of some kind of dirty trick, and, in the end, earn problems with psychological and physical health. Therefore, it must always be remembered that not every team needs to be respected. There are those people whose respect will be equal to the contempt of others. Therefore, it is right to determine how right they are in their views and whether it is worth sacrificing something for their favor.

But, maybe so, that you are not respected at work for quite adequate reasons. Of course, they can be very diverse. For example, it happens that a person negligently treat their duties and brings the team. Because of this, they constantly reproach him and get angry. If you know what is really, often make mistakes and try not to strain yourself, then their anger is absolutely righteous. And you, in order to achieve their respect, you just need to learn how to do your job qualitatively. Of course, each of us wants to do nothing, and, at the same time, get a good salary. Believe me, your responsible colleagues visit such thoughts at least as often as you do. Simply, they understand that this does not happen in this life, and, therefore, they try to do everything to achieve something. And you, in turn, interfere with them in this, not performing their direct duties. Therefore, try to start responsibly treating everything that you do, and, then, the attitude towards you must change.

Still, in the teams very dislike and do not respect those who like to gossip, discuss others and tell the boss about someone's punctures. You should never do this, otherwise, there is a big risk to set up a team against yourself. Of course, some women chat about everything absolutely without malicious intent, but, the consequences are very bad. Therefore, if you heard about something or learned, try to keep it to yourself and not discuss it with the whole team.

In a normal, healthy team, they are always respected by those who can responsibly carry out work, if necessary, help others, treat people with respect and do not curry favor with their boss in any way. Also, to earn respect at work, you need to be a kind and fairly open person. Let people see that you do not wish any harm to anyone, that you are pleased to cooperate and communicate with those around you. Try to complain less about life, be simpler and do not try to prove to everyone that you are better. Then, the team will respect you for diligence, understanding and optimism.
