We break yolks and squirrels into different vessels. At first we are engaged in yolks - we beat them with white sugar, then add cottage cheese and flour here and again whisk until smooth. In another vessel, whisk together a pinch of salt. We combine two resulting masses, that is, whipped proteins with a curd mass. We add here the cherries without pits, we mix everything again. Actually, all - it remains only to lubricate the form with a little oil for baking, put our curd mass there and put it in a preheated oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. We serve the table in hot form together with sour cream.
