Chicken eggs are taken from the refrigerator first and left at room temperature so that during cooking they do not crack. Onion husks are thoroughly washed. We put the husks in a saucepan, pour water, bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. In order to simply paint the eggs with onion husk, it is enough to lower the white eggs of room temperature into the onion broth and cook until the eggs are ready. However, we will make eggs with different patterns. For example, to paint Easter eggs in specks, you need to wet the raw egg and roll in dry rice. Then wrap the egg together with the rice adhering to it in gauze or kapron (you can cut off pantyhose), tie the ends with a thread. Put the eggs in the onion broth and cook until done. With patterns of colored eggs, you can experiment as much as you like. For example, you can make a pattern in the form of a leaf of a plant. It is done this way: on a damp and moistened egg, we put a leaf of a plant (I have parsley). We are wrapped in nylon or gauze, we tighten the ends. And cook until ready in the onion broth. Ready-made eggs I recommend to grease with vegetable oil for a beautiful shine. Similarly, you can draw any pattern on the egg.
