Patties with jam

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Add warm milk, eggs and egg yolk, vanillin and vegetable oil. Knead the smooth dough by hand until it stops sticking to your hands. Cover the bowl with the test with polyethylene film and leave for 1 hour at room temperature. Raise the dough spread on the flour-poured surface, rolled into a layer about 35 by 42 cm in size. Cut the dough into 30 squares with a side about 7 cm. Make a small dimple in the center of each square. In each dimple we put about 1 tsp. jam. Carefully add each square in half. Fingers are well tied on the seams. With the help of a brush, grease each patty with vegetable oil. We spread the pies into a baking dish, generously greased with vegetable oil, seams down. You can put pies close to each other, because we smeared them with vegetable oil, because they do not stick together. When all the pies are folded into a baking dish, do not put them in the oven immediately - first you need to cover the patties with a towel and let them stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, we heat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Finished pies are sprinkled with powdered sugar and served. Bon Appetit!
