Sandwich with turkey
Mix in a small bowl of yogurt and mustard with horseradish. Boil the turkey breast in salted water. Rinse the bread slices in the toaster and grease the resulting sauce with 4 toast. Put on each toast in layers: salad lettuce, boiled turkey breast, a mug of tomato and sweet pepper, fresh pods of young peas. Cover the remaining toast.

Sandwich with dried ham and pear
- Buns for sandwiches 4 pcs.
- Salad mixture 300 g
- Dried ham - 120 g
- Fennel - 1 root
- Red pear - 1 pc.

For refueling snacks:
- Olive oil -1 tbsp. a spoon
- Madeira - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dijon mustard -1h. a spoon

Cut the buns for the sandwiches along, lightly brown the slices in the toaster or on the fillet. Mix all the ingredients for filling, pour into a bottle with a screw cap and shake well. Lubricate the slices of rolls. Stir the salad mixture with a little vinegar. Very thinly cut the dried ham and fold each piece with a tube. Just thinly cut the root of fennel and pear. Prepare a sandwich: put on the halves of a bun cured ham, lettuce, fennel, a pear slice, a basil leaf. Sprinkle with vinegar dressing and cover with a second half.
Sandwich with tuna and vegetables
Lubricate the tuna fillet with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry it on the grill for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Cut Italian bread into 4 pieces. Sandwich "Caesar"
- Chicken breast -4 pcs.
- Dressing for Caesar salad 100 g
- Olive oil -4 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth
- Buns of ciabatta (or burgers for hamburger) - 4 pcs.
- Small leaves of romano lettuce -8 pcs.
- Grated Parmesan -50 g
- Ground black pepper
Fry chicken breasts on fillets for 12-15 minutes, once turning over. 5 minutes before they are ready, grease them with half a salad dressing. Mix olive oil and crushed garlic. Cut the ciabatta in half and lubricate the slices with the resulting mixture. Place on the grill with the cut down for 2-3 minutes. Prepare a sandwich: on the lower half of the ciabatta, put the chicken, then lettuce leaves, pour the dressing and sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Cover the second half.
Pizza in French
- French loaf - 1 pc.
- Minced beef tenderloin - 500 g
- Tomato paste -170 g
- Green onion beam
- Olives - 1/2 cans
- Grated Parmesan - 50 g
- Tomatoes (medium) - 2 pcs.
- Green bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Grated cheese - 200 g
- Oregano
- Salt, ground black pepper
Cut for a snack a French loaf along and toast the both parts on the grill. Fry the mince in the frying pan, drain the fat, add the tomato paste, 50 ml of water, finely chopped green onion, sliced olives, sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add grated Parmesan. Put this mixture on a loaf, top put the rings cut into tomatoes and sweet pepper, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Sandwich with beef

Cover and bake over medium heat for 5 hours. When the meat is ready, take it out and divide it into fibers. Sweet red pepper cut into strips and fry them on the grill. Put the meat in sandwich buns, decorate with fried strips of red pepper.

Focaccia with cheese and bacon
- Bread focaccia with a thickness of 2.5 cm or a feed - 1 pc.
- Hard cheese - 30 g
- Spinach - 3-4 leaves
- Bacon - 50 g
- Butter -1 tsp.
Cut the focaccia along the bread, grease the cut with butter. On the bottom of the bread, put a small slice of cheese, spinach leaves and finely chopped bacon. Cover the filling with the top half of the bread and fry 3-4 minutes on each side on medium heat, until the cheese melts.
