- red potatoes - 700 Grams
- a large salt - 3 st. spoons
- blue cheese with mold, plus cheese for garnish - 45 Grams
- low-fat cream - 1/2 cup
- red wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- mustard - 1 teaspoon
- chopped fresh green onions, plus 1 teaspoon for garnish - 1 Art. a spoon
- bacon - 8 Slices
Put the potatoes in a saucepan. Pour water, add salt and bring to a boil. Cook for about 12 minutes. Drain and let cool. Meanwhile, mix the blue cheese, cream, vinegar and mustard in a bowl. Add a lot of potatoes, green onions and some bacon. Serve with blue cheese and the remaining bacon, seasoning with green onions.
