- Meat - 1 Kilogram (pork or some other)

- Sour cream or mayonnaise - 3 st. spoons
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Fresh greens - 2-3 Art. spoons (dill, parsley)
- Olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- Meat seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - - To taste
- Lemon Citrus - 1 Piece
- Liquid Smoke - 1 Teaspoon
Meat thoroughly washed under running water, dried and cut into not very large pieces (roughly from the walnut). Then put the meat in a saucepan and add everything to it for the marinade. Half-rings sliced onions, mayonnaise or sour cream, squeezed through the garlic press, we put fresh herbs, olive oil, salt. If you are going to marinate meat all night, then in any case, do not add lemon peel, and if a couple of hours, then welcome :) All the good mix with your hands. And let's brew meat for a couple of hours. We take wooden skewers, on them we string meat. At the bottom of the three-liter jar we put 3 cloves of garlic and a spoonful of liquid smoke. We fold the shish kebabs and cover the jar with a foil folded in several layers. ATTENTION! We send the jar to an even colder (!!!) oven, after which we warm it to 200 degrees. After 20 minutes, heat up to 250 degrees. We cook the shish kebab for about an hour. Finished shish kebab we shift to a dish and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
