Eggs are beaten with flour, sesame and raisins. Then the resulting dough is kneaded and sprinkled with starch. The dough is rolled into a cake and cut into noodles, which, in turn, is cut into strips 2-3 cm and fried in deep-fried until golden in color. Next, take a glass of water in which you dissolve the sugar, bring it to a boil, add honey and cook until it is viscous. After that, cool the syrup for 10 minutes, put the resulting dough into it and mix it. This mixture is then transferred into a square shape, cooled and equalized. Directly before feeding, the mass is laid out from the mold and cut into rectangles.
