Fifth day
- for breakfast, cheese or cottage cheese from soy, coffee or tea, as you like;
- We have lunch with a soya sauce, vegetable salad, dressed with sour cream;
- supper with vegetable soup, soy cheese, squeezed 200 ml of apple juice.
Sixth day
- breakfast contains milk from soy, dried bread;
- We have lunch with goulash from soy, a salad of vegetables, dressed with olive or corn, sunflower oil;
- supper mashed peas, salad from vegetables, as well as for lunch.
Seventh day
- for breakfast we have cooked beans, a salad of vegetables, coffee - tea to choose from;
- We have lunch with a soya chop, a salad of vegetables, seasoned with sour cream;
- we are having supper with boiled meat, curd from soya, eating with apple and orange.
