Pie with jam Very successful pie - the dough turns out to be airy, moderately sweet, soft and very tasty! Blueberry jam is ideal for baking, but instead you can take any other jam or jam, or even fresh fruit or berries! I decorated the top with a mesh of dough, as an option - you can cut out different figures, strips of dough and beautifully put them on top of the pie! The pie is very, very tasty, with milk it leaves with a bang!
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 500 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Yeast, dry 15 g
- Sunflower refined oil 125 ml
- Milk 250 ml
- Jam 150 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of yeast pie, we need the following products: wheat flour, refined sunflower oil, milk, sugar, salt, dry yeast, blueberry jam (or whatever you like).
- Step 2 We connect in a deep bowl sifted flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt.
- Step 3 Mix the dry ingredients.
- Step 4 We pour warm milk (not hot, but warm!). Stir lightly.
- Step 5 Pour in sunflower refined oil.
- Step 6 We knead the dough, form the ball.
- Step 7 Cover the bowl with the test with a clean towel and leave for 1 hour at room temperature. After an hour, the dough is slightly damped and ready for molding and baking the cake.
- Step 8 2/3 of the whole test is rolled into a circle with a diameter slightly larger than the baking dish.
- Step 9 Put the dough into a baking dish (I have a silicone 24 cm in diameter), we form the sides.
- Step 10 Generously greasy blueberry or other jam.
- Step 11 From the remaining test, we make a grid using a special rolling pin, or cut into pieces and lay out a grid of flagella, or cut out the figures.
- Step 12 Lay the mesh from the dough over the jam, press the edges.
- Step 13 Bake at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes. The cake rises well, acquires a beautiful appetizing appearance.
- Step 14 Cover the cake with a waffle towel, let it cool down completely and then serve it to the table. With milk - very tasty!
