Heat the grill to a high temperature. In the food processor combine the mutton peas, green onions, bread, peanuts, cumin and ginger, season with salt and pepper. Put half the mixture in a bowl, add the eggs to the remaining mixture. Beat mixture in the food processor until smooth, add the mixture to the bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 parts, form 4 cutlets. Lubricate on each side with oil. Fry the patties on the grill for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Fry the buns on the grill. Put on the halves of rolls of cutlets and cover the top with the remaining halves. Serve hamburgers with lettuce, mustard and mayonnaise.
