In addition to the above exercises, include in physical education classes that develop auditory motor and visual-motor coordination, and of course, the child's ability to navigate in space and to train memory and attention. Also include tasks for originality, wit, accuracy, and pay special attention to exercises that are aimed at developing interhemispheric connections.
In order for a hyperactive child to be calmer and more attentive in class and in kindergarten, take the morning hours, which precede the activities, physical activity. As practice shows, after two or one hour of physical activity, hyperactive children are capable of concentrating, sit quietly at lessons, better learn the material.
In addition to daily physical exercises, it is advisable to write the child in sports sections that require a lot of physical activity.
