Fall into the apple. Apple is a fruit, about which many tales, legends and myths are composed. Homeland of these fruits is recognized as Asia Minor. Over the years, thanks to the nomads (from scattered sticks, apple bones gave rise to new shoots), along the roadsides grew apple orchards. Apples were valued for their taste qualities and not only. In any national cuisine, a combination of apples with other products is used. One feature - you need to choose the right grade of apples. With any meat, apples are perfectly combined - be it pork, beef or any bird. Best apples are in harmony with a fat pork, duck or goose. It is the apple that neutralizes fat, gives the meat sour, sweetness and apple flavor. For our dish, we will choose a sort of late autumn apple - simirenko. The density of the peel retains its color, flavor and apple pulp during heat treatment. Apple filling in the company with herbs perfectly marinated pork. As a result, we will get juicy tender meat in a roll. "Duck with apples" ... or pork? Break the stereotype, try to cook a new dish. Experiment and you will not regret!
Ingredients:- Pork necks 1000g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Apple 4 pcs.
- Loaf 1 pc.
- Honey 20g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 20 ml
- Water boiled 100 ml
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.

- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we need a piece of pork, cut into portions, apples, onions, a loaf (yesterday's), a bunch of parsley (ideally sage), peel from one lemon, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, honey.

- Step 8 Ingredients: apples with onions, a bunch of greens and biscuits alternately put in a blender, grind and mix into a single mass.
- Step 9 The resulting apple mass and it will be a filling to the meat.
- Step 10 Prepare pieces of meat. If hard - beat off, salt, pepper.
- Step 11 Put the stuffing on top of the pieces of meat.
- Step 12 Twist into rolls and chop them with a wooden skewer. We overlay the meat with pieces of the remaining 2 apples and chopped onions, sprinkle with lemon zest. We put it in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate. After that, we pour the meat with oil with honey, water, salt and rinse in a preheated oven for 250 minutes for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 ° C and then stand for another 40 minutes.
