Ingredients:

• Pork tongue 500 g
• Carrot 1 pc.
• Onions 1 pc.
• Pepper sweet 1 pc.
• Eggplant 1 pc.
• Mushrooms champignons 4 g
• Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
• Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
• Sunflower refined oil 200 ml
• Salt 1 tsp.
• Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare the salad we need a pork raw tongue, champignons, onions, carrots, eggplant, sweet red pepper, parsley, mayonnaise, salt, black ground pepper, refined sunflower oil. It should be noted that the eggplant, onions, carrots and peppers are large, if your vegetables are medium or small, take only 2 pcs.
• Step 2 First we will prepare the pig language.
