- salmon fillet - 500 Grams
- cabbage - 2 cups (finely chopped)
- carrots - 1 Piece (finely chopped)
- juice of pineapple - 4 st. spoons
- cheese - 1/4 Glass (ground)
- mayonnaise - 3 st. spoons
- lemon - 1/4 Pieces (juice)
- salt - 1 Pinch (to taste)
- black pepper - 1 pinch (to taste)
- bread - 8 pieces (slices)
1. Preheat about 4 glasses of water in a saucepan. Add the chopped cabbage and chopped carrots. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse the vegetables lightly under cold running water. 2. In a bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pineapple juice, salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and carrots, mix them all together. Cover the bowl and put in the refrigerator. 3. Thinly cut the salmon fillet (you can use another fish). Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Roll in flour and fry until golden brown. Then collect the sandwiches.
