- fresh trout - 2 pieces
- flour - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 50 Grams
- almonds - 100 Grams

1. Pour the flour on a wide plate. Roll the trout in flour on each side. 2. Heat the frying pan. To broil the fish in melted butter for 4-5 minutes. Then turn over and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes. 3. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes. 4. Fry the almonds in another pan. Without the addition of oil. 5.
