Prepare a salad with chicken, mushrooms and pineapple, you will be a great hostess, able to please the guests and feed them nourishing and tasty. The "king" of this salad is, of course, a fragrant fragrant Brazilian-pineapple in a green crown and a scaly mantle. Inside of it besides all possible useful substances and vitamins hides bromelin - a substance that burns fats and dulls the feeling of hunger. Pineapples are traditionally used for making juices and desserts, but they are unusually good in salads, especially in combination with chicken meat. Chicken fillet can be used boiled or smoked, both options are good and give the salad a different taste. Champignons, if desired, can be replaced with any other fresh mushrooms, pre-boiled and fried in olive oil. Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 500g
- Mushrooms champignons 200 g
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Pineapple canned 1 can
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 30 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 For the salad we need the following products: chicken fillet, eggs, champignons, canned pineapple, eggs, olive oil and mayonnaise.
- Step 2 Eggs boil hard - 10 minutes from the time of boiling.
- Step 3 Chicken fillet is washed and boiled in salted water, 20-30 minutes from the moment of boiling (you can check the willingness to cut meat - inside it should be white).
- Step 4 Mushrooms are washed and cut into 4 parts.
- Step 5 Cut the eggs into large cubes.
- Step 6 Chop the chicken fillets into cubes.
- Step 7 Fry the mushrooms and fry in olive oil 20-25 minutes until cooked.
- Step 8 Pineapples are better to take cooked rings, so that it is possible to cut them in larger - the ring is cut into 6 parts.
- Step 9 We connect all the ingredients and fill the salad with chicken and pineapple and mushrooms with 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Serve the salad warm.
