By default, we assume that you already have a fully prepared base for the pie. Dough for the basis of the pie can be any, so bake until ready the one that you like best. Mix starch, salt and sugar. We pour in the milk, whisk and set to cook on medium heat. We beat the yolks. When the milk mixture begins to thicken, add 1-2 ladle milk mixture to the beaten yolks. Stirring. When the eggs and milk mixture are grasped, the resulting mixture is returned to a large saucepan with a hot milk mixture. Beat, cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat. In the resulting mixture, add vanilla essence and butter. Beat. There we also add half of the coconut shaving (the other half is useful when we are sprinkling the finished pie). The resulting custard is evenly distributed over the dough. We cover the pie with food film - and freeze in a refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Frozen cake greased with whipped cream and sprinkle with the remaining coconut shavings. Coconut cream pie is ready, it remains only to cut and serve. Bon Appetit!
