- Flour - 1,5 Cups
- Sugar - 1 Art. a spoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 250 Grams
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 3 items. spoons
- Peach jam - 3 Art. spoons (optional)
- Peaches - 4-5 pieces
- Blueberry - 1 Glass
- Dark sugar - 1/4 Cups
- Flour - 2 Art. spoons
- Cinnamon - 1/4 Teaspoons
- Muscat Nut - 1/8 Teaspoons
In a large flour sift flour, mixed with salt and sugar. Mix well with a mixer. In a small bowl, mix the yolk with milk. Lightly beat with a fork or a whisk. Butter, diced, add to the flour. Grind the flour with butter to crumb. Then we introduce the egg-milk mass into the mixture. Once again, we mix everything thoroughly. The resulting dough rolled into a ball. The ball is rolled into a disc, which is wrapped in a cellophane bag and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, put in a bowl of blueberries, slices of sliced peaches, sugar, a little flour and salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. We mix it well - and, in fact, the filling is ready. We remove the dough from the refrigerator, lay it on the flour-poured surface and roll it into a circle with a diameter of about 30 cm. We spread the dough on a baking sheet, covered with parchment. Put the filling in the center of the test. We wrap the edges up, forming a pie (as in the photo). To make the dough edges tastier, they can be smeared with jam. We put in the oven, heated to 175 degrees, and bake about 50-55 minutes until ready. Cut into pieces and serve (you can in hot, you can in a cold form). Bon Appetit! :)
